CARBOWAX™ PEGs are widely used as mold release agents and lubricants for fabricating natural and synthetic rubbers. Since they are water-soluble, they can be easily applied and removed. Their low volatility nature is designed to minimize losses during use, and their low ash content should not contribute to residue buildup in molds.
