For the benefit of our customers, Dow annually performs group audits of our CARBOWAX™  facilities. The Plaquemine audit reviews our adherence to the International Pharmaceutical Excipient Council Good Manufacturing Practices Guide for Bulk Pharmaceutical Excipients. The St. Charles site audit reviews our adherence to the International Pharmaceutical Excipient Council Good Manufacturing Practices Guide for Bulk Pharmaceutical Excipients as well as to the International Conference on Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use (ICH) Q7A Good Manufacturing Practice Guidance for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API's).

Audits are currently being organized for:

CARBOWAX™ SENTRY™ liquid products (Molecular weights of 200 to 1000) for May 13, 2008 and October 21, 2008 at our Plaquemine, Louisiana facility.

Note:  There will be a maximum of 6 auditors permitted for Plaquemine site audits.

CARBOWAX™  SENTRY™ molten and solid products (Molecular weights > 1450) for May 14-15, 2008 at our St. Charles, Louisiana facility.
